YOU’RE a unique athlete! This is not an exception when it comes to the menstrual cycle. There are so many things on the internet but what is really real and applies to you?

During the 1 hour workshop you will learn how to optimize your training and performance.

To include, steps to take to train and perform at your best at any phase of your cycle.

The workshops will be led by Athena Farias, Owner of Get FIt SATX and running coach in San Antonio, TX. For the past 3 years she has served as a Game Changers mentor, where she helps bring more women of color become certified run coaches across the US. Athena is also a coach for Marathon Training Academy, the largest and oldest podcast on Marathon Training.

Her credentials include: Research Exercise Physiologist, Certified Personal Trainer, Performance and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Run Coach, UESCA Ultra Running Coach and Menopause for Athletes Coach.
